On Green Tea

My friend Jamie just gave me a huge package of some of the best green tea China has to offer (his dad was probably the first person to import tea from China to the US, so he knows). I’ve been drinking a few cups a day since. Also, I mentioned to Nick a couple weeks ago that even with all that fried food - fried rice, fried chicken, stir fry, etc. - the Chinese eat, they still live forever and people think it’s because of all the green tea they drink. Yahoo! Food had an article about green tea last week:

The steady stream of good news about green tea is getting so hard to ignore that even java junkies are beginning to sip mugs of the deceptively delicate brew. You’d think the daily dose of disease-fighting, inflammation-squelching antioxidants—long linked with heart protection—would be enough incentive, but wait, there’s more!
