Marco wrote this excellent post on how to make great coffee, so I thought I’d complement it with a post on how to make great tea. Here goes.

Insert teabag. Insert hot water. Insert milk. Remove teabag. Stir.

I hope this was useful.

I beg to differ on this. It makes the world of difference if you switch your “insert hot water” with your “insert milk.” Milk first, then hot water. Trust me on this. If I say I’m a tea lady, you will agree.
