I watched a Ken Burns special on Jefferson a couple days ago and learned a lot. I now believe Jefferson to be the most influential and irreplaceable of the founding fathers despite his relative youth and that he is the most intelligent American ever, despite his flaws. Please let me know if you can recommend a biography.
