you can count my HS physics teacher. he had a PhD too. great physics teacher actually… everyone took his class. but it was high school physics, not stuff about the big bang…

Just to be clear, 16% is about one in six but one in eight are actually teaching creationism “as a ‘valid, scientific alternative to Darwinian explanations for the origin of species.’” So one in six believe the Bible over the evidence but not all of those teach that. Still scary.
